History

Ceredo Fire Department traces its roots back to the 1950's.  It was then that several residents met and formed the Ceredo Volunteer Fire Department.  Services were expanded in 1962 when ambulance service was added.  Our first EMTs were certified in 1972, and paramedic level service followed in 1976.
